Return Policy

Please carefully inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, you may return it to us within 10 days for a refund. Please be aware that a 14 to 21-day business turnaround is required. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. PARD is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged during shipping.

• To initiate a return on a purchase from https://www.nightvisionthermalsight.com, please contact  support@hawkoeye.com. Once your return has been approved, we will send you return instructions outlining how and where to ship your return. Items returned without proper pre-approval will not be accepted. If you purchased your device from a retailer, then you will need to contact the account where you purchased your device and follow thier return guidelines.
• Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy.
• Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.
• Items that qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, that are being returned, will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund. The return shipping cost is not refundable.
